When renewing memberships, some cards are updating a previous cards expiration date rather than issuing a new card. The cards still reflect the original issue date and print date, but a new expiration date now appears on the card.
This issue has been resolved. If you are still experiencing issues, please chat with support and provide the following information: Date the Print Membership Card Process was run, Name of the Print Membership Card Process, Name of Constituent affected.
Steps to Duplicate
Search the affected constituent > Navigate to the membership tab
Select their membership > select the drop down next to the card with the most recent expiration date
See that the card was issued and printed in a prior year
