Performance - Excessive response times when trying to Edit or Add steps on a Prospect Plan

When working in CRM, you may need to add steps to a constituent's existing Prospect Plan.  When clicking Edit steps, you may notice performance issues with the window loading.  
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.  

Steps to Duplicate

1.  Log-in.  
2.  Go to Constituent, Constituent Search, and pull up your constituent.  On the Prospect, Plans tab, go to the 'Gift Annuity - test' prospect plan. 
3.  On the Details tab, click Edit steps.  Notice this takes upwards of two minutes to load the window.
