"Sequence contains no elements" message in Import process

An import process works correctly in Service Pack 5. After installing Service Pack 6, several rows of the process get the exception message "Sequence contains no elements"
This has been fixed in Hotfix 29 for Service Pack 6. It will be included in future service packs.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Run the import process with a CSV file

2. Note that the process completes successfully, processing all records

3. Install SP6 to environment

4. Run  the import process again

5. Note that all or most rows get the exception "Sequence contains no elements"

6. Rows 60 and 72 are successfully processed. These rows contain more information, such as constituent information
