If a candidate who has signed a contract does not have an enrollment status in their candidate record, this means they have not gone through the Inquiry or Application process in onBoard.
A record is created in onBoard when an enrolled student completes a contract, however if they have not filled out an inquiry or application to go through the checklist steps to receive the Inquiry, Applicant, or Enrolled status, they will only have the tabs for Schools, Financial Aid, Contracts, and Contact Card in their record, and a status will not be available.
