Sent email appears in Processing status in plugin

After clicking "Send message" on an email draft in Email marketing, the email appears in the Online Express plug-in with the status "Processing".  When the user checks the the Email Processing tab in Online Express a few days later, the email still has the status "Processing" and has yet to send.   If the user re-sends the email, the email successfully sends.
Click Chat with Support and reference this article along with the following information:
  • Name of the email
  • When the email was created
  • When the email was sent
  • The name of the email list included in the email
  • How many records are in the email list

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log into The Raiser's Edge
2. Click the Online Express plug-in
3. Click Email marketing
4. Either create a new e-mail or open one of your draft messages
5. Click Send message
6. Email appears in Processing status
7. Navigate back to the Email marketing tab in Online Express a few days later and notice that the email is still processing and has not yet been sent.
8. Re-send the email and the email successfully sends
