To create the list, navigate to 
  1. Navigate to Lists > Manage Lists
  2.  Click the Manage basic and advanced lists block under List Actions
  3. Click the List Templates tab and select Admission from the Template Category drop down
  4. Next to Candidate Information, click View/Copy
  5. Click on the Select Objects tab
  6. Under the Admission object header on the left, select Candidate Application
  7. Select the Filters tab
  8. Add a new Global Filter by clicking the + button under Global Filters
  9. From the new Field drop down, select Candidate Application.Application Name
  10. Select your school's international applications from the popup, then click the Select button
  11. Add another Global Filter
  12. Select Candidate.Entering Year from the Field drop down
  13. Select the corresponding entering year from the popup and click the Select button
  14. If there are fields you don't want to appear, click on the Display Fields tab and click the X button next to the field to remove it. You can also add fields by clicking Select Fields at the bottom and selecting fields to display
  15. To save this list for future use, enter a name in the Name field at the top and click the Save button
