There are a few common issues which may point to the source of this problem:
  • An auto-login link is forwarded in an email or the auto-login link exists on user end pages.
  • An admin is manually entering in data on behalf of constituents through the front end.
  • An incorrect merge of two records,
  • A bad upload has assigned data to incorrect records.
