If the course doesn't show in NetClassroom when you click Enter Request 

  1. Have the student or yourself Request the course in NetClassroom 
  2. Request the course in Education Edge by clicking Enter Course Request by Student

OR

 

If the course does appear in NetClassroom when you click Enter Request

  1. Verify the following is correct for the Student Request Report 
  •  Academic Year
  • Session
  • Start Term
  1. Try running the report for Faculty approved and unapproved request 
  2. Verify the course falls in the academic year
AND try one of the following to see if the course missing from the Student Request Report appears
  1. Run a course request with the same paramaters used for the Student Request Report 
  2. Find another student who requested the course and run the Student Request report for the student to see if the course is missing
  3. Verify the course(s) appear for the student for Enter Course Request by Student for appropriate year 
  4. Verify the courses appear by completing a student query with preferred output and with the appropriate criteria from the Course Request Section such as
  • School equals [preferred school] 
  • AND Academic year [appropriate year for course request]
