This occurs when the grade applied is an acceptable grade, as listed in the School's configuration.

To resolve:
  1. In Education Edge, navigate to Configuration>General
  2. Locate the school in question and select it
  3. Click Open
  4. For Grade levels, click the binoculars icon
  5. Search for the desired grade on the left column and add it to the right column
  6. Click OK
  7. Click Save and Close
  8. Repeat for any other schools
