Online Express freezes when processing transaction from a certain Date

While processing single transactions in Online Express, the program freezes and ultimately shuts down. This seems to occur only when processing gifts from a particular gift date.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Open Online Express > Donations > Download Transactions
  2. Link donations to constituents and funds
  3. Click record to process
  4. Right screen blanks/grays out
  5. The Raiser's Edge freezes and crashes after a few minutes
