Deleting birth dates on individual constituent records (Bio1 tab)
  1. If needed, create a static individual query of specific records to be changed.
  2. Click on Admin in the left menu.
  3. Click on Globally change records.
  4. Under Constituent, highlight Individual.
  5. Click New Change in upper left to open the Global Change window.
  6. If needed, click Include in the upper left and then click Selected records to add the query created in step 1.
  7. In left list, scroll down to Biographical. Double-click on Birth date.
  8. In the Birth date window:
    • Set Operation to Add.
    • Leave the Add field blank.
    • Mark Overwrite existing value.
    • Click OK.
    • The change will appear as:  Birth date: Add <blank>
  9. Set the desired options in the lower right regarding an exception query and control report.
  10. Click Change Now in the lower center to process the change.

Deleting birth dates on non-constituent individual relationships
If the relationship is linked to a constituent record, the date must be removed from the originating constituent record on its Bio1 tab. The following process only applies to non-constituent relationships:
  1. If needed, create a static relationship query of specific records to be changed.
  2. Click on Admin in the left menu.
  3. Click on Globally change records.
  4. Under Constituent, highlight Individual/Contact/Employee.
  5. Click New Change in upper left to open the Global Change window.
  6. If needed, click Include in the upper left and then click Selected records to add the query created in step 1.
  7. In left list, scroll down to Individual/Contact/Employee Relationships. Double-click on Birth date.
  8. In the Birth date window:
    • Set Operation to Add.
    • Leave the Add field blank.
    • Mark Overwrite existing value.
    • Click OK.
    • The change will appear as:  Birth date: Add <blank>
  9. Set the desired options in the lower right regarding an exception query and control report.
  10. Click Change Now in the lower center to process the change.
