Option 1:
  1. Navigate away from the directory by clicking on a different persona or other navigation such as the Calendar.
  2. Then go back to the Directories.
  3. See if the Directory's filters expand.
Option 2:
  1. Sign out of the website and sign in again.
  2. Then click on the Directories.
  3. See if the Directory's filters expand.
Option 3:
  1. Clear your browser's cache
  2. Sign out of the website and sign in again.
  3. Navigate to the Directory.
  4. Click your browser's refresh button to reload the page.
  5. See if the Directory's filters expand.
