There are pledges that are zero in the receipt field rather than the actual pledge amount. These pledges are entered via batch and there is not a receipt amount column located in the pledge template. There are approximately 700 records that are affected. This is no longer occurring for new batches, but these records need to be updated to reflect the actual pledge amount.
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.
