Obtain a list of the emails as well as the reason they bounced. You can find this information via:
  1. onMessage
  2. Communication
  3. Pushpages
  4. Pushpage Jobs
  5. Where is displays Bounced under the Job name, click the blue hyperlink
  6. Copy and paste the information displayed on this screen (please do not use a Screenshot)User-added image
  7. Paste the information into a ticket, send the ticket to Support and the Development Team will fix the issue
