Redirect from a email displaying differently on a mobile browser than a standard desktop browser

There may be a situation where a redirect link from a email sent via BBIS or CRM displays differently on a mobile browser (any browser in iOS, and the Safari desktop browser) than it does on all other browsers including (Android, IE, Firefox, Chrome).
Check to make sure the redirect link does not include a # as part of the URL.  on iOS mobile browsers when a link is clicked on that has a redirect everything after the # in the URL will be dropped and therefore will go to a page that is incorrect.
