Donor constituency is still on constituent record after refunding the donation

When a donation is made through daily or advance sales, you may find that the donor constituency is still on the constituent's record and cannot be deleted.
Refunds do not currently impact constituency codes.

For example: If a refund is made for a donation and that was the only donation the patron had on their record the constituency code for donor would still appear on their record.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. From Sales, select Daily sales
  2. Add a donation to the cart, add payment, and complete order
  3. Check constituent's record and see the Donor constituency
  4. From Sales, select Refunds
  5. Search for donation order and click refund
  6. Go to Constituent's record and see that constituency is still there
