Extra Fields can be deleted from a registration form providing they are not already in use.
To remove the extra fields that are not in use:
- Navigate to School Website > Events > Registration Forms & Attendees
- Click Edit to the right of the appropriate registration form
- Click Extra Fields
- Click Delete next to Extra Field you wish to remove (if there is not a Delete option this means the field is in use and cannot be deleted, you can edit the name of the field, or make a copy of the Event Registration form and remove the Extra Fields you wish to remove)
- You will get a pop up box that states " Are you sure you want to delete this Extra Field?"
- Click Ok
- Repeat steps 4-6 for each Field you wish to remove
