Manually added Gifts for Donor Challenge Encumbered Funds not showing

After adding a Gift to an Encumbered Fund in a Donor Challenge in CRM, the Gift does not display within the Encumbered Funds tab.
If the Gift is not visible after adding it to the Encumbered Funds tab, it is likely that it is being filtered, which you can use these steps to adjust the filters so the gift/s will show:
  1. Go to Fundraising > Donor Challenge Search
  2. Search for and open a Donor Challenge
  3. Go to the Encumbered Funds tab
  4. Click Filters button
  5. Adjust the Date range to All dates
  6. Click Apply

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Fundraising > Donor Challenge Search
  2. Search for and open a Donor Challenge
  3. Go to the Encumbered Funds tab
  4. Click Add, select Gifts
  5. Search for and select a Gift, click Save
  6. Note that the recently added Gift is not visibile
