This issue was caused by Loyal Donor Constituency date ranges that extended beyond the valid date range for the data warehouse refresh. This can be addressed by extending the valid date range for the data warehouse refresh.

To do this:
  1. Access Administration functional area
  2. Click "Data warehouses" under the Administration heading
  3. Click the name of the data warehouse to update
  4. In the left-hand pane Configuration tasks, click "Edit valid date range"
  5. Adjust the valid date range to include the same time period as the loyal donor constituency
The above approach assumes the Loyal Donor data is set at the correct level.  An alternative approach may be to adjust Loyal Donor Constituency data to fit within the data warehouse refresh range, if applicable.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Constituents > Constituencies
  2. Expand Loyal Donor constituency, click Edit constituency criteria
  3. Enter criteria of "468 consecutive Month" for example, click Save
  4. Go to Administration > Data warehouse
  5. Click Blackbaud Data warehouse
  6. Expand "Refresh data" section on left-hand tool bar
  7. Click "Start ETL refresh"
