We have not seen any updates come into the Luminate Online plug in within RE from LO. In the past this has indicated that there may be a syncing issue. How can we be certain that the connection is fine?
In Luminate Online you can go to Data Management > Luminate Management > Queue Status. On the bottom of that page you will see Server Status. If it says Available, that means your connection is currently fine. If it presents you with an error message, this would indicate your connection is down. In order to troubleshoot this you can refer to this article which will assist you with restarting your web services.
