Next, you will need to add a form to your Kintera Golf. 1. Go to Content > Content Management System 2. Hover over the Website Name and select Manage Website 3. Under Content, select Add a Form 4. From the drop down menu, select Registration Form - Single Supporter 5. Click Continue 6. Give the form a Title and select a link location 7. Go to the Event Selection Tab and select the name of the form created beside Event 8. Click Create 9. Preview the form by hovering over name of form and selecting preview 10. Select the checkbox next to the form and select Publish
You should now see a preview of your site with the added form when you select the Website link under Site Structure.
