- Log into Raiser's Edge
- Click the Connect RE icon in the menu bar
- Click the Gear box ("Settings") In the upper right hand corner.
- Scroll down and click the link that says, "I actually need the advanced setup settings"
- Click "I know what I am doing!"
- In the section titled Unlink a Record, click the link for "Find a record" under Raiser's Edge Record
- The "on" Products record will populate
- Click the "Un-Link" box
Note: All un-linking must be done by individual record. Global un-linking is not currently an option in Connect RE.
