Recognition credits are doubled

When viewing the recognition history of a constituents recognition program you may notice that the amount is twice as much as it should be and that transactions are listed multiple times in the recognition credit history even though they have the correct recognition credits on the transactions.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. From a Constituent record select the Revenue tab.
  2. Within Constituent Revenue select the Recognition tab.
  3. Select the Recognition Program.
  4. Notice that the Recognition History shows an incorrect amount.
  5. Select the Recognition Credit History tab> select apply to load the list> notice that transactions are listed twice.
