Application Error When Merging Accounts

When merging two accounts, an eTapestry Application Error occurs.
Please contact support and provide the Article ID for reference to your issue.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Click the Search bar at the top of the screen
2. Type in the name of the account you need and click to enter that account

3. Click Account Settings
4. Click the Merge Role button
4. Type in the name of the second account in the search window and click on the account once you see it listed in the results
5. Set your preferences in each category (merge, replace, ignore)

6. Click Save

At that point, the application error occurs.
