We have two backup databases that we can login to see if the content is still accessible. One of the databases updates frequently the other is less frequent.

The availability of recovering this information is depending on when the items were added and when they were deleted. For example: Today you went in and deleted the comment, but need it recovered. There is a bigger chance of having that item to recover. If you added it today and deleted it today it will not be able to be recovered.

It's best to contact support by phone immediately when you realize the content is missing so an analyst can check the backup database with you, and see if the information we have available is what you are missing.
