Error: The process could not submit the file to Blackbaud. Exception: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive. when running address finder

When Selecting Start Process in Step 1 of the AddressFinder process in CRM, the process fails with the following error message: "Error: The process could not submit the file to Blackbaud. Exception: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive."
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.  

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into CRM
  2. Admin > Data Tune Up
  3. Open an AddressFinder process
  4. Under Step 1, select Start process
  5. Error message appears.
