Performance issues when running constituent recognition process

Within CRM, it is possible to run a Constituent recognition process to refresh your Constituent recognition programs.  When running your Constituent recognition process, you may notice slow performance.  
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.  

Steps to Duplicate

1.  Log-in.
2.  Go to Constituents, Constituent recognition processes, and go to your process.
3.  Start your process and notice slow performance.
