Import recognizes Carriage Returns as New Line in import file

When importing journal contacts, if the note has carriage returns, this flags as a new line when the file is being scanned for import.  For example, if a file with 1000 rows contains many carriage returns the file scans to say that there are too many lines in the import file.
 
Please contact support and provide the Article ID for reference to your issue.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into eTapestry database by going to https://bos.etapestry.com/prod/
  2. Go to Management
  3. Go to Import
  4. Select New Import
  5. Name your import
  6. Select file that contains a lot of carriage returns in it
  7. Observe that this flags as having more than 2000 rows preventing you from proceeding
