Sustaining memberships are still active when the next payment hasn't been made

When looking at a sustaining membership record for a constituent, you may find that the membership is still active event though they have not made the next payment.
Blackbaud CRM and Altru do not currently have the ability to change the status on recurring/sustaining memberships.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. From Constituent record, click on Memberships tab
  2. See membership is active and the payment is past due
