Error: Do you want to save launch.ica from - when launching a hosted program in Internet Explorer

You may receive a prompt to save a file named launch.ica when you attempt to start or launch a Hosted program.  This may happen when using the Internet Explorer web browser.  A browser setting is preventing the website from properly starting the program with Citrix Receiver. 
  1. Configure Internet Explorer for Blackbaud Hosting Services
  2. Reset Internet Explorer's settings:
    1. Go to Tools > Internet Options
    2. Click the Advanced tab
    3. Click Reset...
    4. Confirm that you want to reset the browser
    5. Restart your computer
