These errors can occur intermittently and are usually workstation specific. This can be caused by an issue with the connection between Raiser's Edge and the AuctionMaestro Pro installation. Walk through the following steps to resolve:

1. Choose to File, Exit and Sign out of Raiser's Edge. Exit AuctionMaestro Pro. Reboot the entire computer and log back in to attempt the same process.
2. Ensure you are on compatible versions of Raiser's Edge and AuctionMaestro Pro. Download the latest version of MaestroSoft.
3. Download and run the Fix Invalid AuctionMaestro Pro Transactions plug-in.
