Error: The given key was not present in the dictionary when adding a Direct Marketing Effort batch without the Test Segment field

When creating a batch template based on the Direct marketing Effort type and removing the Test Segment field, users will see this error when creating a new batch.
Workaround:

Leave the Test Segment field present in the batch template

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Create a new Direct Marketing Effort Batch template
  2. Remove the Test Segment field from the template
  3. Create a new batch based on the template
