When sending BBIS emails, some of the communication records are not being updated in CRM. The email generated shows received and opened, but does not show the date sent. Also, the communication record in CRM shows up last in the list because there is not a date provided.
This value does not update in real time. The CMS Data Integration business process is responsible for updating this type of information on a Constituent's Online Info tab. Time must be allowed for this process to run before the record will be updated.

Steps to Duplicate: 1. Create an email message 2. Send the email 3. View Report (Email) and see the Sentdate is not indicated for some of the emails in the list. 4. Check the constituents record under communications 5. Notice communication is listed at the bottom vs. on the top where new emails are listed
