Course Restrictions do not work when scheduling through Open a Class

Courses can be restricted by grade level. When attempting to enroll a student in a class outside of the grade levels allowed, users will receive the following error: The following Course Request(s) will not be added unless the exceptions are overriden. 

When attempting to enroll students through 'Open a Class,' the exception does not appear. 
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

Scheduling Using Open a Class
1. Go to Scheduling and Class Scheduling Tasks 
2. Click "Open a Class" and Open 44w-1 (Grades allowed are 5th and 6th)
3. Select the Students tab 
4. Click Add a Student 
5. Select Susan Elizabeth Aramony (8th grader) 
6. Note that Susan is added to the class without exception. 

Scheduling Using Edit Student Schedules 
7. Go to Scheduling > Edit Student Schedules 
8. Select Alexandria Country Day School - Middle School 
9. Select Academic Year 2015-2016 
10. Select Regular Session 
11. Select student: Susan Elizabeth Aramony 
12. Add Request for 44w-1 
13. Receive Exception notice: The following Course Request(s) will not be added unless the exceptions are overriden.
