Email Tracking variables are getting stripped after page.redir sends the end user to the destination page.

When sending an email from BBIS using the link picker tool. The page.redir is not properly appending email tracking variables when it performs the redirect. Email Tracking variables are getting stripped after page.redir sends the end user to the destination page.
This issue was caused by a URL redirect on the original email link. After a URL is redirected the URL tracking information is stripped and will not be captured by BBIS.
