To fix this:
  1. Go to Enrollment Management >
  2. Admissions > Select Admissions Setup > Select Checklist
  3. Select the pencil icon to edit the appropriate Contract 
  4. Review the milestones & Edit one of the milestones with the same Candidate Status.
  5. Do either of the following:
    • Set the Status Changes to No Change.
