  2. Ensure the user name has the appropriate website role for the service being used:
    • WealthPoint Search: WealthPoint User (WP User)
    • PhoneFinder Search: PhoneFinder User (PH User)
  3. Verify that a firewall or proxy server is not blocking the connection
