Typically, this indicates that your email is being filtered by an internal system or spam filter, which prevents the email from being successfully delivered.  You can confirm if the email was sent to the intended recipient via:
  1. From the recipients tab of the message, note the sent date column
  2. If there is a sent date/time, this confirms NetCommunity sent the message to the recipient
  3. If the Sent Column is Blank
If you see the sent date, please work with your IT department to whitelist the IP addresses used by Blackbaud NetCommunity. Whitelisting the IP addresses helps with successfully delivery of emails from NetCommunity.
