  2. An analyst will follow up to advise the following process and gather pertinent details for a database request
    1. The analyst will create a ticket with the Database Team to update the username and/or password.
    2. The organization will change the credentials with the merchant account.
    3. The organization will contact the analyst via Phone to verbally advise the new password.
    4. The analyst will update the Database Team via phone of the new password.
    5. The database team will update the credentials while on the phone.
    6. The analyst will notify the organization of the changes.
