1. For donations to any designation, go to Web > Manage Donation Forms.
  2. For memberships, go to Web > Manage Membership Forms.
  3. For daily admission programs or scheduled programs, go to Web > Manage Program Forms.
  4. For scheduled programs that require registration and special/fundraising events, go to Web > Manage Event Registration forms.
  5. For combination tickets, go to Tickets > Discounts and Promotions > Combinations.  Click on the particular combination you want online.  Go to the Web Forms tab to get the URL. 
After navigating to these pages, click on the green downward arrow next to the item, click Approve for Website, then copy the URL listed there to use on your website.
