Support Hold is a hold on your account when there is an invoicing issue that requires immediate attention.  

A Support Hold prevents your organization from receiving assistance from Customer Support or access any of the support resources such as downloads, Case Central and Chat.  It also prevents your organization from making any additional purchases or upgrades, and may also interfere with current consulting or implementation activity.
