This solution provides steps to query on constituents with Inactive phones or emails on their constituent records in the Raiser's Edge 7.94 and above.
1. Select Query. 2. Click New. 3. On the New Query window, select Query type=Constituent. 4. Select Query format=Dynamic. 5. Click Ok. 6. On the Criteria tab, under Available fields, select Phones>Phone Inactive. 7. On the Edit Field Criteria window, select Operator=equals. 8. Select Value=Yes. 9. Click Ok. 10. Click Run Now to view results.
