To add notes to a family's account in Smart Aid:
  1. From the Manage Families page, click on the name of the family in blue in the Family Name column, which lands on the Family Details page.
  2. From the Family Details page, scroll down the Application Notes and History section.
  3. Click the green plus/add button, enter text in the appropriate fields.
  4. Not all of the other optional fields are functional - however Save to Family Report does work and should be marked to Yes. The note created will be viewable on page 2 of the Family Report.
  5. Click Save (Mark As Complete does nothing at this time).
