This issue is specific to settings or the current installation of the Citrix client on the workstation. To resolve:
  1. Log off of the Blackbaud Hosted Application
  2. Ensure the Web Browser is configured to access Blackbaud Hosting Services
  3. Clear cookies and cache and restart the Web Browser
  4. Uninstall the Citrix Receiver
  5. Reboot the computer
  6. Install the Citrix Receiver
  7. Reboot the browser and try accessing the Hosted Application again
